A Long Way Home

<p><em>Synopsis</em>: After a year in Vietnam Ben landed in Oakland California. He decided to take a slow journey across America before going home. He wanted to relax and enjoy his return to the world. But Ben had a promise to keep. And he couldn't escape the war that was still raging. Little did he know how long the journey would become.</p><p><em>Autobiography</em>: Terry Lee Raycraft spent 1969 in Vietnam as a Hospital Corpsman with the First Marine Division. After returning to Alabama he practiced law in both the private sector and as a government lawyer. He has participated in conferences and has spoken to students about the Vietnam War.</p>
