When a mysterious vigilante emerges and starts disrupting their dealings in increasingly intense ways the only resort they have is to send in the most notorious mercenary out there to put a stop to this anti-hero. What results is Empire Citys streets soaked in blood and bullets with a war that could only end in one victor and inhuman levels of carnage.
