A Man Alone

<p>Zhivko Mladenov is a Bulgarian orphan who comes from a world of isolation and loneliness. As an adult he finds both identity and purpose as a commando in the special forces. His successful career takes a drastic plunge when the police arrive at his door. Framed and on the run he finds a champion in the person of investigative reporter Mira Lyubenova.</p> <p>Pursued by both the police and others who intend to do them harm Zhivko and Mira face the challenge of mutual survival. They must rely on Zhivko's covert expertise and Mira's passion for truth in order to clear his name and stay alive. In a country steeped in post-Communist turmoil their lives hang in the balance at every turn.</p>
