When her father lost his voice with the disease's rapid progression he took to scribbling notes notes Lori wouldn't - couldn't - look at well past his death. In her head she imagined the wisdom they contained and even dreamed about writing a book to share with the world her father's sage advice. </p><p><br></p><p>As she stared at the box of notes she also thought about what she wished she could say to her dad. After all he'd been her hero. With his passing more memories creeped in but the box remained closed.
