Each Department Agency Of His Administration Needs To Reorganize In Order To Produce Efficiency And Restore Confidence In Public Administration. No Government Has Yet Been Credited With Bringing Economic Stability To This Impoverished Nation Which Has Been On The Verge Of Collapse Because Of Its Economic Woes Such As Unemployment Underemployment Hyperinflation Stagflation And Depression. The Past And Current Economic Problem That Haiti Has Been Faced For The Last Two Centuries Triggered A Social Phenomenon And Widespread Expressions Of Socioeconomic Discontent. Will Change Occur In Time To Prevent Serious Political Turmoil? It Should Be Noted That In A Poor Country Where Economic DisasterS The Norm Other Concern People Of The World Should Be Aware That Such A Poor Nation Is Unable To Feed Its People.
