It is meant as a guide to complement the care that your own midwife will undoubtedly give to you. </p><p>As a community midwife I’ve amassed many tips and strategies for making pregnancy and early parenthood one of the most enriching experiences. </p><p>Writing this book has enabled me to put into words the skills that I have learned and use daily as a midwife.</p>
