A Minstrel Memory

This is the second edition of my book of poems which was written in 2010. With little experience as a writer and many hopes I had my compilation published. I was in class tenth that time and felt that it was the right moment to have my work read publicly. I was elated with the response and now three years later comes the republished edition of poems. Over these three years my writing style has changed significantly yet I have chosen to not suggestively edit my poems. They were and will always remain my first expressions as a poet. If analysed critically these poems may have literary flaws but they are my most candid words ever and brim with passion. Had I not been given a chance to have these poems published then the poet within me would have perished. Having been given enough exposure at the right age I was able to give my expressions a firm shape. And I consider that every person who has the will to write should also have the belief that his work would be appreciated and he should do the best to reach out to people through his words.
