A new age of Work

A research study conducted in a bit to understand the factors affecting the adoption and implementation of telecommuting in Kenya with a case study of health care sector amidst a global pandemic. Everyday commute to work with exhausting hours in traffic was the norm for the average employee workforce across major cities in Kenya. The big question in the boardrooms being how to integrate technology culture and people to create and enable work from home reality.
