You self sabotage. Youre always on your phone. You procrastinate. Your bathroom has mould on the shower. You dont exercise regularly. You dont eat your recommended five a day. But its not too late its never too late! Things can be different! You can make a change youre the master of your own destiny after all. Its all down to you. Societys not going to change for you so you need to change for society. A New and Better You asks you to take action to improve absolutely everything and to become something magnificent. Because thats what you want. This is what you want. There are no assigned characters or speakers in this play. It can be a monologue or have several speakers in production.
