A Phenomenological Study of Women Entrepreneurs Heads of Households

Have you ever thought about leaving corporate America and or wanted to have a flexible schedule to adjust to family demands? What are the skills and attributes successful female entrepreneurs have? This phenomenological study answers those questions and explores the lived experiences thoughts and perceptions of 10 female entrepreneurs that are single heads of households. They share their experiences thoughts and perceptions on their challenges successes and motivation networking and giving back to their communities which may help others find the ability to start their own business. Discovery may be useful for women wanting to leave corporate America wanting a more flexible work schedule financial freedom and or a work life balance.
