The essays in this book have been collected and adapted from my previously published books. They have been slightly revised from the point of view of grammar but nothing substantial in their content has been changed. The one exception is my review of Beyond the Sea: Navigating Bioshock (2018 McGill-Queen’s University Press edited by Felan Parker and Jessica Aldred).
