A Poem Is a Chameleon is a collection of 39 short poems for children that feature natural forces plants and animals. Steven Withrow is a poet storyteller teacher and journalist from Falmouth Massachusetts. Bloomsbury published his first children's poetry collection ​It's Not My Fault in 2016 (with Roger Stevens). His poems appear in journals and anthologies worldwide including ​The National Geographic Book of Nature Poetry The Horn Book and ​One Minute Till Bedtime. He produced the documentary film ​Library of the Early Mind: A grown-up look at children's literature (with Edward J. Delaney).
