A Practical Guide for Child Care Workers

The crèche is a collective place where the child will meet other children and other adults which will promote his socialization. There is also a lot of work to be done around the child''s individuality and uniqueness. To respect this uniqueness the teams will observe the child reflect and adapt through team meetings in order to compose a welcome adapted to each child. The teams will also adapt to the rhythm of each child through a mediating agent who is an educator.
