A Proposed Administrative Vision to Enhance Administrative Empowerment

The study aims at proposing educational administrative vision to raise the level of administrative empowerment for educational leaders working in the area of educational technology in the light of the variables of communication and decision-taking. The study sample consisted of (150) educational leaders who were selected in a stratified random method. The descriptive survey approach was used. A questionnaire was developed that consisted of (16) items divided into two fields: decision-taking and communication. The validity and reliability of the study tool was assessed. The results of the study showed the level of administrative empowerment of educational leaders in the light of the variables of communication and decision-taking was average and there were significant differences at (α≤ 0.05) due to (gender academic qualification and years of experience) variables. In light of these results the researchers recommended the educational technology institutions attach a great importance to administrative empowerment and work to advance the capabilities of leaders and raise the level of the responsibility that falls upon them by involving them in decision-making.
