The Hardest Part Of Writing This Book Was Thinking Of A Title That Would Embody Everything I Had Put In It. Each Poem Represents A Different Facet Of The Spiritual Diamond That I'Ve Become. In The Beginning I Was Writing From The Black Experience But By The End. . . I Had Written From The Human Experience. Each Chapter Progressed To A Higher State Of Consciousness And Was A Personal Lesson In Growth. I'Ve Written Poetry All My Life And Never Once Had The Desire To Write A Book Until Now. In Life We Learn That Everything Has A Time A Season And A Rhythm. The Birth Of A Child The Leaves Falling From A Tree And A Heartbeat All Are Representative Of These Three Things. This Is The Timethis Is The Season. There Is A Rhythm. . . In My Soul.
