This is their story too.ABOUT THE AUTHORMr. Rajesh Jha is a seasoned banking professional with over three decades of experience in leading Indian and global banks. He began his career as a Probationary Officer with the State Bank of India in 1994. His dedication led to an international stint at SBI California in Los Angeles where he gained valuable global exposure.In 2005 he joined UTI Bank (now Axis Bank) as Assistant Vice President in Guwahati and steadily rose through the ranks. By 2012 he was appointed Vice President and Head of Retail Banking for the Patna Circle later becoming Circle Head in 2014 leading a large team and branch network of Bihar and Jharkhand .He later joined Standard Chartered Bank in New Delhi as Director – Government Business where he successfully established a new vertical focused on Commercial Banking and Government Business . His journey reflects a strong blend of rural grounding international experience and leadership in both retail and government banking .
