A Sequential Sojourn

This workbook utilizes guided meditation so that readers can explore their personal journeys and examine their progress toward their own goals. Through self-reflection it's possible to find the heroic qualities within to help us work toward and complete our goals. Working actively towards their goal is what sets heroes apart from ordinary people. We all have the capability to make our lives extraordinary but with success comes the responsibility to share that success with others. One of the greatest gifts to give back to the world is knowledge. The Sequential Sojourn is an effort to draw people of various nations cultures ages and genders together to examine the things that make us similar. So much effort is spent on diversity that we are more conscious of how we are different from one another than of how we are alike. With a bit of tolerance perhaps finding the hero within can help create positive change in this troubled world.
