A Shot Of Treason

<p>Mary Maccallan is now CEO but in name only.</p><p>She and London are menaced by twin threats; one a lethal wartime relic the other a treasonous plot to destabilize her majesty's government by striking a blow at its heart.</p><p>When Mary and the other Maccallan employees are forcibly evacuated from their HQ she and her handpicked team end up in the wilds of Wandsworth. Whilst trying to keep the company running Mary must outwit her board members ignore her father's dictats from a Swiss Clinic and deal with a rapidly evolving European scandal that's a 9.9 on the Ratner scale. She enlists the help of the head of PR and a daredevil but somewhat accident-prone Indian journalist.</p><p>Meanwhile Mary's lover Seb Miller's MI6 career hangs in the balance. In order to get reinstated he has sworn to prevent a mad bomber from destroying a major London landmark. He has limited resources Mary and the enigmatic former MI6 employee Bernie. They find themselves up against a mastermind a very dead mastermind whose plan has already been set into motion.</p>
