A Skeleton in Bone Creek

<p>Harkin County has its share of skeletons. However when a previously hidden skeleton surfaces in Bone Creek the assignment falls to the Special Operations division at the FBI. Buried deep in the section of California known as The Free State of Jefferson the local office doesn't want anything to do with Harkin County.</p><p>Special Agent Nash Running Bear has her misgivings about returning to the small town she grew up in. But she only wants to think of two reasons she is right for the investigation.</p><p>She doesn't want to think about the vision she has been having. She's not her mother.</p><p>Old racial slights and hatred for outsiders don't make looking for more bones any easier... nor does the appearance of an old high school fling.</p>
