A Smart Government EA Framework for m-Services in Mongolia

The Smart Government is the advanced e-Government which has been indicated as an emerging global trend in public service delivery. Besides its part mobile services are making public services more accessible to citizens and giving opportunity to access anytime anywhere mobility and portability for the public business and government. The utilization of Smart Government mobile service is having various numbers of challenges including complexity of different technologies securing access providing a common architecture and reducing duplication among existing and new systems in the application field. In order to get over these challenges an integrated an innovative and comprehensive system architecture is required to design the framework of Smart Government for the mobile services. Hence following to this study it has designed and proposed “A Smart Government Enterprise Architecture (EA) framework for mobile application services” in order to avoid unnecessary duplication of system deployments and to integrate common parts of the application service. The study based on literature review as-is analysis and case studies of developed and developing countries.
