A SONG IN MY HEART

A Book About Hope for the Elderly and Their Families I have had an extraordinary life and I continue to do so today but it is from a far different vantage point-a position of much greater dependency. So I wanted to write about it to share with others not only the experience of aging but everything that comes with it-the highs and the lows the insights and the anger the rewards and the burdens. While there is a tendency to feel helpless and hopeless in this situation after such a rich life experience I want to provide something uplifting to make people feel better. Because it is in fact another chapter in living and many of us can expect to live much longer. -Introduction
