A Soulful Quest

<p>I have used the phrase 'Life is a teacher' multiple times without really understanding it. It's only in the last couple of years I am trying to decode It's meaning. And the most important lessons are about knowing myself my beliefs my patterns. In an effort to feel better I have learned some incredible things and have tried sharing them with you all. I hope you all can relate to the things I write and it helps you sail the ship of anxiety and chaos with a peaceful mind.</p>
