A Study of Classroom Management in the Secondary Schools of Vadodara has implications for school teachers and school principals of secondary schools.The various kinds of misbehavior of learners in the Indian classrooms and the barriers which come in the way of classroom management has come to light.The different non-verbal and verbal techniques which teachers resort to in order to manage their classes have been found in this study.A study of these classroom management techniques would be useful to all secondary school teachers.
