A study of Orodispersible Films of Nebivolol Hydrochloride

The Orodispersible Films of Nebivolol Hydrochloride were prepared to achieve the faster dissolution rate and disintegration time in current work. The Orodispersible Films are prepared by the solvent casting by the solid dispersion of Nebivolol Hydrochloride by kneaded method gives a better solubility in 1:4 (Drug: PEG 6000) using Sodium Starch glycolate Crospovidone Croscarmellose Sodium Kyron T-134 and Kyron T-314. All the formulation of Orodispersible films are evaluated for the thickness weight variation Water absorption water drying Disintegration Time Dissolution rate Folding Endurance Drug Content uniformity.
