A Study on Consumer Perceptions of E-Wallets With Particular Reference to Mysore

This study explores the adoption usage and perception of e-wallets among consumers in Mysore highlighting the transformative impact of digital payment systems on daily financial activities. Utilizing a mixed-methods approach surveys and interviews will gather data from a diverse sample of Mysore residents. The research investigates factors influencing e-wallet adoption such as convenience security trust and familiarity with digital technologies while examining the impact of socio-demographic variables like age income education and occupation. The findings aim to identify the drivers and barriers shaping consumer perceptions of e-wallets providing valuable insights for the e-wallet industry and policymakers to enhance digital payment adoption.
