A Study on Impact of Dividend Policy Determinants of Listed Companies

The book is mainly focused on the factors that impact dividend policy determinants of listed companies on the Indian capital market. It gives a basic idea about the purpose of dividend and how the dividend policy should helps to increase the value of company. The objective of this project is to study the influence of dividend policy on the market price of selected company''s scrip in National stock Exchange. Here the study prove with the help of fifteen companies balance sheet for the past 10 years (2007-2016) and calculated the ratios of the selected factors of the dividend determinants to test the hypothesis.
