<p>Live Truthfully. </p><p>This was the mantra eighteen-year old Maddie Crane's mother lived by until the day she died. Maddie thought she'd known everything about her late mother but at the funeral service a mysterious woman claiming to be her maternal grandmother hands her an envelope containing information that contradicts everything Maddie knew about her mother. </p><p>Hurt confused and in need of answers Maddie and her two best friends head to California to confront this supposed grandmother but quickly learn the truth comes with complications. </p>
