In a moment of despair the protagonist encounters the ancient rituals of the Amazonian Indigenous people reigniting her trust and enabling her to embark on an unexpected and transformative journey of self-discovery.Simona Adriani holds a degree in Sociology from Sapienza University of Rome with a dissertation focused on the cultural roots of psychedelic substance use. Since 2004 she has been devoted to spiritual research with a particular emphasis on the role of these substances in the genesis of mystical experiences. In 2017 she began a shamanic apprenticeship with the Shipibo indigenous people of the Peruvian Amazon. Today she is committed in sharing the knowledge she has acquired.
