An ancient dark presence makes itself known in Seattle. Through an anonymous tip Officer Brady and Forrest Wollinsky a Vampire Hunter discover a city councilors corpse. The weapon used is a medieval torture device left behind as the murderers calling card which is a taunting bold clue.
