A Vision of Venus; Or A MidsummerNight's Nightmare

The story revolves around a young man Lysander who is in love with a beautiful woman Phyllis. However the presence of Venus in their lives creates confusion and chaos leading to comical misunderstandings and mistaken identities. Through a series of fantastical occurrences the characters grapple with love desire and the pursuit of happiness. As the play progresses the characters are forced to confront the difference between their idealized versions of love and the reality of human emotions. The play ends on a humorous note with Lysander and Phyllis finding true love in each other's arms having learned valuable lessons about the nature of love and relationships.
