She has developed massive awareness about Hearing Loss in newborn children. She has worked on thousands of Hearing impaired children for language development and speech clarity. She pioneered the Sir Gangaram Hospital Universal Hearing Screening Program and Cochlear Implant Program in 2001. Medel (Austria), Advanced Bionic (USA), and Cochlear (Australia) have given her certification in cochlear implantation. Asha clinic was established in 1996 to help Hearing and Speech, impaired children. Internationally reputed AVT Consultants Prof Linn, Warren Esterbrook, and Dimiti Dorment have visited the Asha Clinics and praised their good work. Deesha Charitable Trust and Aarambh Early Intervention Schools were established on 27/06/2006 which help poor disabled children."
