About the Book: ‘Aasha ke ankur’ is a Hindi poetry collection which is written by Shabana Anjum. The meaning of the title is ‘Sprouts of hope’. The core theme of the book is to inspiration and hope. There are eight sections in the book. The first section contains poems which reflect the emotional plot of the poet. The second section contains poems which depict some current topics of the world. The poems in the third section take inspiration from the Nature and convey it to the readers. The fourth section aims at germinating the hope in the minds of the readers. The fifth section portrays the value of a mother in our lives. The sixth section has poems which are close to the heart of the poet. The seventh section has poems which is a reprimand for some evils dwelling In us. Last section is a beautiful set of some ghazals penned down by the poet with motivational touch. The book is brought in light with the aim of making a shift in the thinking process of its readers towards hope and bring about a positive change in their life. About the Author: Shabana Anjum the writer of this book is a teacher by profession and a trained Global Career Counsellor. In her 12 years of teaching experience she has inspired her students towards leading a happy and peaceful life. She says that the aim of education is to create a sensible human not toppers. She always has a fighting spirit within her and she met all the challenges in her life head on. This book is a result of the soul of warrior that she has in her. A strong believer in The Almighty she inculcated the faith in honesty and humility in her students and people who come across. Her first book ‘You have to shine’ is a poetry collection published earlier this year. She was awarded with ‘Woman of substance award 2022’ by Hypedge Media and ‘I can foundation’ for her contribution to the society.
