India is a land of exclusion the process of exclusion is old as its civilization. Caste based exclusion religion-based exclusion gender-based exclusion and health-based exclusion continue to create hell in the lives of affected people. They suffer silently the ill-treatment abuse and moral defaming because they are voiceless in an oppressive society. This book deals with the experiences faced by People living with HIV/AIDS in Dindigul District of Tamil Nadu India. It was both a qualitative and quantitative research focused on the reality of discrimination and exclusion. The painful experiences of exclusion and discrimination have resulted in poor quality of life psychological illness and even death for people living with HIV/AIDS. A strong legal frame work an attitudinal change among the general public and economic livelihood programmes self-help group Community based organisations (CBOs) and group therapies and medical support will enhance and enrich the lives of people living with HIV/AIDS. Inclusive society is true humanity.
