The main objective of this study is to contribute to the improvement of access to curative health care by households. The study is of an analytical cross-sectional type. The survey questionnaire and unstructured interview were used. Results: The use of curative health care services in the health facilities was 84.4%; most users of curative care services estimated that the costs of care are expensive (45.8%) at least 74.5% of respondents felt that curative care services were well organized and of good quality (53.4%). 81.8% of respondents were satisfied with the quality of reception and 76.6% were already aware of the use of curative health care by the RECO; Several factors significantly influenced the non-use of curative health care services by households: households with an educated head celibacy poor organisation of health care services non-involvement of community relays in the consumption of curative care services by households unaffordable health care costs and non-availability of essential drugs.
