Accessible adaptations in old buildings

What sets me apart: over 20 years of professional experience in the construction and real estate industry in particular many years of construction site work as a local building inspector and construction site coordinator in accordance with BauKG (German Construction Contract Act) several years of project management at one of the largest real estate developers in the German-speaking region and several years of experience in assessing construction defects and damage including appropriate renovation planning; Lecturing; interdisciplinary university-level education on the one hand in the technical field with a focus on renovation technology and on the other hand in the economic/real estate-specific field with a specialisation in civil law; I see myself as an efficient competent and consistent team player with common sense and leadership qualities; I am constantly on the lookout for new challenges where I can profitably combine the interface between (construction) technology and (real estate) economics. I have lived in Vienna since my student days am interested in art culture and history and enjoy reading exciting books.
