About The Book

Having enormous applications in various fields economical approaches for producing high valued product of biochar/activated carbon from renewable and sustainable novel resources/precursors is the need of the hour. Therefore a novel approach has been made to prepare such biochar/activated carbon from a wasteland weed biomass; Calotropis gigantea. The novelty of this work is to produce biochar and activated carbon through economical approaches using low cost easily available raw material and cost-effective processing.
