Using more accurate cost information while determining the optimal services in Information Technology activities and services have also taken away some obstacles blocking potential success for new and innovative cost methods. This led to a new development in the name of ABC that has become a need for all IT Companies and interest in the field of further research on the subject. ABC is a novel method of cost ascertainment that can promise a greater level of cost savings in any industry if it is employed. In IT Sector the major competition would be there in terms of delivery of services in meantime and mean-cost. When companies attain the superiority by cost advantage and cost leadership it is beyond-doubt that they can get the favour of clients and enrich by revenue. Hence ABC has become a tool for IT companies in achieving the same. Although there are many advantages through ABC method it cannot actually be applied by all the companies as it is a system and more clearly a culture.
