Adaptive method re-usage of unused oil well

One of the main problems in the oil and gas industry is abandonment of oil wells when they are not productive anymore. There are different methods that are implemented in the reactivation process of unused oil wells.In the suggested method for the report that should be the first well is tried to determine. The method ranks well according to the given input data. Our inputs are oil extraction water stopper height and filter length. Pareto principle is used to calculate ranks of wells. In the calculations it should be considered that to have more oil extraction and stopper height and length is better for less water and filter wells. Empirical distribution of Pareto distribution gives us numbers of more productive wells to reactivate first.
