Addictions an impact on the family

This article aims to answer the guiding question of this research whether family dynamics influence whether a person is an alcoholic? To this end two strategies were carried out to clarify whether or not family dynamics are an influential factor in maintaining addiction. The first one was a semi-structured interview which was divided into four areas (family personal emotional and consumption area) with them we tried to know a little more the interactions feelings and family dynamics related to consumption. The second one was a standardized test called ESFA (Scale of Satisfaction by Adjectives) this test tries to evaluate different aspects about how the interviewees feel when they are at home with their families. These results are then contrasted with what was evident in the interviews in order to know their influence in relation to alcohol consumption.
