Adhyatmopanisad

When we live as subtle body we carry the burdens of relations and suffer throughout life. When we live as a casual body we continue to carry on the wrong notion that there is a soul per body and therefore as many bodies so many souls!! With this notion we always talk of spiritual practice as 'I want liberation'. This wrong notion is hammered for the meaning of liberation is 'freedom' from I and not freedom for I'. This is in short revealed in this Adhyatma upanisad. Study reflect and transcend relative experiences to attain Absolute freedom.
