Adjustment Experiences of Immigrants in the Host Society

This book deals with the adjustment experiences of Bangladeshi immigrants in the Netherlands based on a qualitative research. Adjustment experiences are described in terms of three broad categories such as psychological socio-cultural and economic. Factors which facilitate or hinder adjustment of immigrants in the host society is also discussed here in terms of the perceptions of the immigrants. A case study and some observational notes regarding immigrants'' adjustment are also included in this book.
