Administration and the first period of transition in Tunisia

During the first period of transition (14 January to 23 October 2011) the Tunisian administration underwent many institutional and functional changes. In this book the author describes these changes and gives his position and assessment of the Administration during this period. At institutional level the changes that the Administration has undergone are at central as well as local and regional level. In terms of functions the Administration has embarked on a process of transitional justice in order to read the page of the dictatorship before turning it.
