To excel in life adolescents need to be more than academically intelligent. Life skill education are very crucial in this regard. Life skills help the adolescents understand manage and express the social and emotional aspects of one''s life such as learning forming relationships solving everyday problems and adapting to the complex demands of growth and development. Given the fact that life skills are linked to life success it is critical to introduce its education and impart its training to the adolescents.
