The role of paying special attention to the youth period is incomparable in raising the young generation to be mature and well-rounded in all respects deeply educated and highly spiritual. In particular the problems they face during adolescence satisfaction with their activities is one of the important factors affecting the effectiveness of education. In this methodological guide the researches conducted by foreign and Uzbek psychologists on psychological activity are theoretically analyzed.
