He is also a graduate of California's Command College for police executives and has over forty years’ experience in law enforcement. The California Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training has designated Mr. D'Arcy a subject matter expert in the areas of use-of-force ethics tactics officer-involved shootings internal affairs investigations and supervision of critical incidents.</p>
