Culture is not a stagnant phenomenon and many variables need to be considered to accurately evaluation cultural differences in decision-making styles. Among many cultural factors the individual (I culture) – collectivism (we culture) dimension is one of the most important influential factor to be considered when studying culture difference including decision-making styles.</p>
