<p>The book entitled " Aero Engineering Thermodynamics" is written in accordance with Anna University syllabus for Engineering and Technology students.</p><p>This book is designed to give the basic concepts behind this subject in a simple way for easy understanding of this subject.</p><p>Chapter I deals with basic definitions and Fundamental laws like First law of thermodynamics and its applications in closed system(Constant volume Constant Pressure Isothermal Isentropic Polytropic processes) and closed system (SFEE) and its applications.</p><p>Chapter II deals with Second law of thermodynamics and the devices (Heat Engine Heat Pump Refrigerator) and the concept of Entropy.</p><p>Chapter III deals with various air standard cycles (Otto Diesel Dual Brayton Stirling etc) and it processes to find thermal efficiency and SFC.</p><p>Chapter IV deals with various vapour power cycles (Rankine Reheat Regenerative) and its thermal efficiency.</p><p>And the final chapter gives introduction about Aircraft propulsion like types of jet engines and their efficiencies thrust equation SFC TSFC also covers the modes of heat transfer.</p><p>Also this book covers example problems with step by step solution to all chapters for easy understanding and solving numerical problems without any errors.</p>
