Affirmation for women in Business

<p>Encouragement gets people through their projects. Discouragement and fear are real parts of being a woman especially for Black Indigenous women sexual minorities transwomen and women of color. It is rough. And if you have a less than stellar in-person support system -people who believe in you and your vision of a better world- it is even harder.</p><p><br></p><p>The images naturally sorted themselves into four significant themes: abundance strength creativity and community. A number of business problems can be solved by using these four areas as a lens to focus on solutions.</p><p><br></p><p>To use this book and images pull one randomly to give your brain a brainstorming/problem solving prompt. I have included journal ideas and other suggestions for most affirmations. Some speak for themselves and need no extra verbiage. All of them are here for you in times of conflict confusion or overwhelm.</p><p><br></p><p>At no point should you use any of these sayings as a club to beat yourself. In my mind we are all reaching across time and space to help each other succeed. The affirmations come to you with warmth joy and a sense of exploration.</p><p><br></p><p>I want all women who read this book to find succor courage and sisterhood here. I see you. I believe in you. Together we are unstoppable.</p>
