Its Fifth Chapter Describes The Coming Of The Pacs And Pads To The Caribbean And Other Parts Of The Western Hemisphere Over Thousands Of Years. Finally Its Sixth Chapter Explains How The Lack Of Understanding Partial Understanding And Full Understanding Of The History Have Implications For The Psyches Of Caribbean People (Especially Those Who May Be Of African Descent). In Addition The Book Refers To These Implications As It Urges Readers To Share With Other People Of The Region And The World The Information They Secure From It And From Other Sources.
