The aim of this study is to further inform whether flexible work arrangements as an HR measure can influence older workers to retire later. The survey for this study investigated whether the older workers financial situations importance of work and importance of leisure time have an impact on their preference for flexible work arrangements and whether the preference for flexible work arrangements and the importance of work are linked to their retirement behaviour.
